The Ruby Gala

The Ruby Gala is an annual fundraising event benefiting Vanderbilt’s Comprehensive Care Clinic, and it is one of the most meaningful projects we take on each year. Co-produced with Dr. Sean Kelly, the event brings together Nashville’s community to raise money for a cause that matters deeply to us.

Our role goes well beyond logistics. We handle the full creative identity of the event: logo design, event branding, signage, and all printed materials. Every touchpoint a guest sees or holds has been thoughtfully designed and produced by our team. On the operational side, we manage vendor relationships, full event logistics, and day-of production from start to finish.

The Ruby Gala is the kind of event that requires as much heart as it does hustle, and we bring both every single time. It also represents our philosophy around events as a whole.
