I started my career in medical device and healthcare sales, building territories from scratch and learning early on that growth doesn’t happen by accident. It takes systems, relationships, and the discipline to execute. That foundation shaped everything that came after.

Before launching Konrad Company, I served as Chief Strategy Officer for a multi-unit hospitality group – overseeing six venues across Nashville, Las Vegas, and Belize, managing 100+ employees, and directing everything from venue openings to corporate partnerships to marketing strategy. I learned what it actually takes to run a business at scale, and more importantly, what breaks down when the right systems aren’t in place.

In 2019, I founded Konrad Company to do what I do best – help small and growing businesses get organized, get visible, and move forward with confidence. Over the past seven years, I’ve worked with clients across construction, healthcare, hospitality, nonprofits, professional services, and more. Every engagement is different. The approach is always the same – listen first, bring clarity, and build something that actually works.
