Our story

Konrad Company, LLC was founded in Spring 2019 by Kelse Beeri. Named after her late Norwegian grandfather, “Konrad” means bold or wise, advisor or counsel.

 Kelse was born and raised in Central Illinois and attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale where she graduated with a degree in Public Relations. Serving as the director for the University’s student-run PR firm, Kelse got a feel for what running a small business was like.

 Kelse moved to Nashville in 2011 to pursue a sales career. She quickly fell in love with the city, adapting to the music industry lifestyle and embracing its southern hospitality and charm.

With the desire to fulfill her passion for planning and creativity, Kelse took an events & marketing position with Losers Bar & Grill, now an internationally known brand. She evolved with the company and went on to assist in the openings and operations of multiple venues, manage their brand assets and live entertainment, as well as book, plan, and run their corporate events.

 With over 10 years in hospitality and the success of her industry events, she was ready to take the leap and go out on her own. Clients benefit from Kelse’s vast network, her ability to maintain budgets, deliver on-time, and produce quality work.
